At KBS Planner, we strive to provide secure and convenient payment options for all customers. Please review our payment terms carefully before completing your purchase.

By proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • FPX (Online Banking)

  • ToyyibPay (Online Payment Gateway)

  • Atome (Buy Now, Pay Later – subject to approval)

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.


2. Full Payment Requirement

All orders must be fully paid before processing and shipment.

Orders will not be packed, reserved, or shipped until payment has been successfully confirmed.


3. Payment Verification

  • Orders are automatically processed once payment is successfully verified.

  • In the event of pending or failed transactions, the order will not be confirmed.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring payment is completed successfully.


4. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a payment fails or remains pending:

  • The order will not be reserved.

  • Items may become unavailable if not paid promptly.

  • KBS Planner is not responsible for bank-side transaction failures.

Please contact your bank or payment provider for payment-related issues.


5. Atome (Buy Now, Pay Later)

For payments made via Atome:

  • Approval is subject to Atome’s internal assessment.

  • Customers must comply with Atome’s terms and repayment schedule.

  • Any late fees or penalties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • KBS Planner is not liable for installment-related disputes.


6. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

KBS Planner reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.


7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any suspicious transactions

  • Request additional verification if necessary

  • Refuse orders suspected of fraudulent activity

If fraudulent activity is detected, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback is filed without valid reason:

  • The customer may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

  • KBS Planner reserves the right to provide proof of transaction and order fulfillment to the payment provider.


9. Policy Agreement

By completing payment, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You agree to this Payment Policy
