At KBS Planner, we are committed to delivering premium quality fashion pieces. Every item undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All purchases are strictly non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen settings

  • Personal preference

  • Delayed shipping caused by courier services

All sales are considered final once payment has been confirmed.

2. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once items have been shipped and delivered.

Customers are advised to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions

  • Refer to the sizing chart before purchase

  • Confirm measurements before completing payment

3. Quality Control Assurance

Every product is carefully inspected and quality-checked prior to packing and shipment. As such, minor differences (1–3cm measurement variance or slight color variation) are not considered defects.

4. Defective or Wrong Item (Exceptional Case)

In the unlikely event that you receive:

  • A damaged item due to manufacturing defect, or

  • An incorrect item sent by our team

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Order details

  • Proof of defect

Failure to report within 24 hours will result in the claim being void.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • Store credit at our discretion

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

All discounted, promotional, and sale items are strictly final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Correct size selection

  • Accurate shipping address

  • Careful review before confirming payment

KBS Planner shall not be liable for errors made during checkout.
