At KBS Planner, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Courier Partners

We ship orders using the following trusted courier services:

  • J&T Express

  • EMS

  • PosLaju

Courier selection may vary depending on location, service availability, and operational factors.


2. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Within Malaysia:

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days

International Orders:

  • Delivery timeframe varies depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight

  • Courier rates

Customers will be informed of the total shipping cost before completing payment.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for monitoring parcel status using the provided tracking number.


6. Delays & Liability

KBS Planner is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, liability transfers to the courier company.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers must ensure that shipping details are accurate before confirming payment.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels

  • Reshipping fees will apply if parcel is returned


8. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcel

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

  • Unclaimed parcel

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for redelivery.


9. Damaged Parcel During Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please take clear photos immediately

  • Report to us within 24 hours

We will assist in filing a claim with the courier where applicable.
